Hey Rick! I like the look-back pose. The bird looks a little dark; I would have thought some + EC was in order here, not negative EC. I would have liked more of a profile or light angle that illuminated the bird's right eye better. The bird is a little tight in the frame, and also somewhat centered. I would add some canvas on the left. Thanks for posting!
Clean and I am fine with the COMP but as presented this image is way too dark.

Agree with the guys on a being a bit unexposed. When shooting up into the sky, I always shoot plus comp, and you can always recover in your RAW conversion.
