    Excellent capture and composition Lance. I like the pose and head angle with a crystal sharp eye...very nice...good show...:cool:

    Lance this is lovely. One thing I see is that the white of the head and neck are not quite as white as the body - they have a slightly gray overtone. Did you think about selectively lightening/brightening that area of the bird at all?

    And did you hand paint the eye and beak or use a quick mask?

    Hi Juie - no didn't think about lightening the neck area - may do that.

    Quick mask for the colouring.

    Love those long black legs...You really have done a nice conversion here. I do think whitening and brightening the neck and face will make those spots of color even more distinctive but it's lovely like this as well.

    Hi Lance I like the idea Might go brighter with the bird so it pops from the bg and might even darken it. Like it a lot !!
