Well, well, well. Just when you think your creativity has hit a snag...bam!

This was originally an image of a lake reflection I took back in early September. I converted it to grayscale in ACR (Adobe Camera Raw) and then did a reverse gradient map to get an inverted image. I noticed what looked like most of a face on the left side so I put it into the liquify filter and pushed the beard around a bit. I brought it back into Photoshop where I did a levels and curves adjustment to really separate the tones further. I smudged a little, cropped a little and sharpened a little.

Not sure if this is Old Man River of the Spirit of the Wind but dang...it's something! :D

Your water reflection looks like smoke...and I'm seeing an old man's face to the left side...:D:cool: Is this supposed to be one of those psychological ink blotches; to see if your head is screwed in right??? Well forget about me Julie; I'm way past normal...

    I love it...
