I'm begining to believe Alfred that the more time I spend shooting the luckier I become. Shot today at Green Cay this little guy put on quite a display for almost 40 minutes and i was the only one there that my friends is PRICELESS. I cannot give the stats as yet because my Aperture program is down for now but can venture a guess.

Canon MK-II - ISO=400 probably f/8 at 1/1600 0-Ev. 700-MM but when I'm up and running I will post the real stats. Thank you all for your patience, comments and visits.

No small task getting one of these guys in flight! I might be inclined to ramp up the saturation/contrast a bit to give it some pop.

Good job Bill! Like the wing position, sharpness, and exposure. Only wish for a bit more eye contact.

I would like to take a moment to thank everyone for their great and very encourging comments it really means so much. I have waited for years to get this bird and the inflight was a bonus, we do not see them like this often, thank goodness for the 10-frames per sec. now I have many all sharp and all well composed, and to my wonderful friend JudyLynn this is in manual mode.
