    Just for fun
You will notice that red squirrels are less flamboyant about the use of grass disguises; fake beards is all they use. Just for fun.:D:D:D

I don't know what that critter is up to !!!

This is on of few cases that the steep angle works well I like the point of focus might have tried stopping down more for extra dof Remember to take advantage of the lack of noise raise the ISO when needed !!!

.....get ready for squirrel week !!! btw this will be fun and very educational !!! :)

It rocks Gail..In fact I'm still laughing, love those little Reds.

I agree just a scooch more DOF, but hey just catching one of those speed demons still is a feat.

    Al
What this critter is doing is collecting grass and other vegetative materials to build a winter roost: a sphere of grass etc that is almost a foot in diameter in the crotch of large tree limbs. On frigid nights they cozy down inside this dense mass of material. They love our very old and very large black walnut tree for this purpose.

We need to start a "funny squirrel photo" forum. Geez, this made me laugh!

Agree with the others on the specs of the image and now please tell me how long it is acceptable to sit here and giggle before the dogs will start to worry about me?
