    You have a beautiful background and good lighting on this hen. The texture and the color and the feathers is also good. The reflection is a nice plus. , a the viewer has good eye contact with the duck, however, a head or body turn towards you would improve the composition.

    it works very fine for me Jim. Love the calm mood of the scene, the fantastic water color and the reflection of the bird. The textures of the feathers and the eye contact are outstanding. Very well done. BTW it seems to me that the whites near the eye are hot or almost hot.

    Love the water color and texture. Would crop a bit off the bottom of the frame. Would also clean up the debris in the water to the right of the bird. Agree with Joel about the angle of the bird; I'd like to see it angled towards you instead of away from you. The image would benefit from a slight CW rotation. Thanks for posting!

    Thank you all for the comments and suggestions for improvement, all very helpfull. Rene', I'm not sure if it's Lowkey or not, maybe someone else can chime in on that.
