I have taken this shot in Khojir national park which is east of Tehran. I tried to take this shot more than 40 times on the top of the mountain near nest of a Long-Legged Buzzrad , but unfortunately just 3 of them were good enough!

You have a nice pose and did a good job determining your exposure. I like the fact that the bird looks straight at you. I keeps the eye focused on the bird's head. Using fill flash could have helped improve the lighting under the wings and would have added a catchlight in the eyes.
