Very nice. I like that the fish is facing us, and I like the thickness of the heron's neck where it meets the chin. I can't help but think fill-flash would have helped with the crown and eye of the subject and details of the prey. Also wish we could see more of the wing that is just barely peeking into the frame. Still an appealing photograph!!

Perfect head angle, sharpness, crop, and COMP. Would love to see more detail in the fish. The messy lower face and the disturbed feathers at the rear of the face are small (but unavoidable) negatives.

Great details, eye contact and the fish adds to it. It could go a tad brighter for my taste and maybe a slightly lower color temperature.

I've never seen a grey heron. Thanks for sharing. I like the eye contact and the fish. I also agree with the brightness suggestions.

Good composition but I feel the flat lighting is hurting the image somewhat.

I think your comp works fine as is, and the fish in the beak a huge bonus. Well captured Manos.

I like this image a lot. The black fish on the bill is an excelent bonus but I have to agree with Artie and would like to see a little bit more details. I think that you can clone out the dark area in the heron´s "ear" and to lighten the eye just a bit. Superb BG by the way. Here is my suggestion.
