This lake is in a small town called Bayhead, My family summered here when I was kid. I live close but never stopped for a photo- on my way home tonight I did. It's full of fond memories for me so I'm glad I stopped

    Lady Denise,
I like the composition. Its has beautiful colors; nice warm tones and hues of reds and orange. The church steple is placed just right in frame. I like the reflections and gentle ripples in the water. I would suggest in opening up the black just a tiny bit and see how it looks. The shore line needs just a tad of CW rotation. and just a notch of saturation and contrast to bring out the colors in the sky a wee bit more...congrats...

Hi Denise I was thinking on intensifying the sky a bit and obtaining darker blacks ..... being careful not so loose the feel !! I like it a lot !!!

Hi Denise, it has a serene feel to it. Think I would have either gone black on the trees or made them lighter. My .02.

Beautiful job Denise. I love the feel and the repost adds a lot to the image. Had drinks with Jackie S. yesterday in Toronto and your name came up. I said you're next on the list of people I would like to meet. It's great to see the person on the other side of the lens. Maybe when the snow gets really bad, it'll be time to head to South Florida. We'll get the gang together and go shooting..... Congrats.
