    Taken at Bosque Del Apache NWR. Canon 40D 300 f2.8 w/2x tc, f10 1/1250 ISO 400 Used car as blind and support.

    Nice pose with good eye contact and good frontal light. More room for the virtual legs would be good but I suspect the foreground wasn't too great. BG looks very noisy so a pass of NR would be an option.

    JP... another great shot! Uhmm! just the body looks too close to the bottom. Is that what Tony meant by "virtual legs"? Otherwise is great!

    Very attractive composition with great lighting and excellent color and detail. Love the BG in this too. Many thanks for sharing JP.

    Very sharp and a cool image design. Unusually noisy BKGR for the 40D at ISO 400. Was the ORIG under-EXP?

    You needed to hold an ear of corn out of the window to get him up on the dike! Good seeing you out there. Wish that I had more time to work from the car...
