    Taken from the main road at the little bridge just n. of the park headquarters building. I wish I had been on north beach so the entire horizon would be visible, but the curve of the stream and the dark woods also add interest.

    Stan,

    Very nice composition here. I would like to see a bit more detail in the shadows and that can be down in curves by selecting that shadows, feathering and opening them up. Or try Shadow/Highlights first.

    I am working on an article for the DPF here on local enhancements. Probably take me a few weeks to get it done. Look for it.

    I applied shadow/highlights and some USM (40/40/5). I'll be on the lookout for your tutorial.
