    Nice light and pose. I wish the bird was more to the right in the frame. I might also lighten the bird and increse the saturation a bit.

    Good points from Aidan that I fully agree with. I love how the hawk is clutching the perch!

    I agree with the above comments. A bit of selective work on the eye may reveal a bit more detail too.

    Nice catch. The above suggestions are good ones. Place the bird to the right, so it is looking into the open space. Maybe take a bit off the top too.
