    Hello Fabs! that's a beautiful shot! So!? That's what a blue heron looks like! Here in the land of the rising Sun call the gray heron blue! I wonder what they would call this one! :) I wanted to ask, I also shoot with a Nikon camera (D300) and I was wondering what lens is that in your info (550 mm)

    This rendition of the Little Blue is great. Feather detail, eye contact, and the soft light make it, the habitat is a little busy but we can't have everything as wildlife photographers, nicely done Fabs and sorry about Sat. would have loved it.

    Very elegant capture in a lovely natural setting Fab. I love everything about this one and particularly the pose. Simple but beautiful !!!!!

    Nice subdued image Fabs - great to make the most of those overcast days. I really like the inclusion of more habitat than a lot of people like to show - I think it really adds an extra dimension to the image.
