    Default Anhinga drying #2

Another image of a drying anhinga taken at Wacodahatchee last February - this one with a slightly different pose and a different head angle. 20D, 500 f/4, 1/1000, f/8, ISO 400. I selected the sky and darkened it slightly. I also removed some sticks and branches to improve the composition. Comments are welcome.

Very nice pose, light, details and I also like the simple setting.

Nice wingspread and good head turn. The green around the eye pops nicely. Since you already removed some twigs I would go even further and simplify the "ugly" clump at bottom. Overall I like it alot :-)

I feel you did a fine job and I agree about the clump on the bottom

Great shot...lighting, pose and simple BG are all there. I agree with the comments expressed above and would also 'clone the clump'.

    Cheers!
