    could have used a higher ISO - dont particularly like the BG - Like the pose.

    Hi Lance,
    Actually, I like them both; each in their own class...The original is as is with not post processing, and the other one has the enhancements of modern technology. I like the raised wing position and the ready position. you have good sharp details and superb eye contact...good show...:cool:

    Like your new tripod Lance.:) Sharp, well exposed, and good wing position. Like the original with less saturated colours.

    Both look very nice and something in between might be good !!!

    btw bg looks very good I sure like it !!! Intensifying as in the re post changes the mood and I prefer the pastel look. Both are terrific !!!

    Like the bird (position, exposure, sharpness, action), like the rock, like the tripod. Agree the bg is a distraction

    something in between works for me. love the compo! the rock perch is nice and the wing pose takes it over the top!

    I also like the, BG and the bird and, and. Prefer the more soft tones of the 1st Image
