I like the pose, setting and soft light, the fish adds to it. Since the wings are spread, I might crop a bit off the top to emphasize it.

Nice photo of an egret in flight with a fish! I like the in-focus habitat at the bottom of the frame, but agree with Axel about cropping some from the top.
