    I love the compositon. It looks to me as if the whole thing could be bit lighter. Good job of focusing on the eye but with all that shutter speed stopping down to f/9, 10, or 11 (at least) would have made the feathers on the back sharper.

    Lastly, what color is the iris?

    Would also add might even be stronger moving to the right a tad The partially visible is competing for attention Love the pose !!!
