    Hope my ID of this guy is correct, if not please correct.
    Taken last Sunday along the beach at Little Estero.
    Nikon D300, 300mm 2.8 w/ 1.4tc, 420mm, F4, 1/800, ISO 400, Tripod

    I like the composition Mr. O,
    The bird is place just right in frame. I like the colors of the water. you have good details and good color rendition....:cool:

    i like the colors of the water here, too!! but the image looks flat. maybe some flash fill would have helped to liven it up a little?

    Real nice Oscar !!!

    Agree on the contrast increase Harold but not sure about the flash !! With warm light you need to be careful since the flash can take the magic away !!! Crop wise since the bird is on the move might have gone with less up top and wider. Would really like to see the water circles, particularly the one up front !!!

    Oscar, I agree with Al. Also, the bird is a Greater Yellowlegs.

    Nice light Oscar, good pose. Like Al's comment about the flash, maybe not a good idea?? I am finding it gives things a bluish cast. Might sharpen the eye a bit:)
