Shot this guy last nite at Long Key Natural Area with the Miami Gang! i dont think i got many keepers, especially not like Al's, but it wasnt for trying!!!!!

D300, Bigma at 270mm, f/6.3, 1/320s, 0EV, ISO 800, flash with better beamer set at -1.0EV. and I'm pretty sure this was flash as main cause it was pretty dark!!!!

So should I keep it or dump it?

Thanks for looking. Your comments are appreciated!!

Keeper !!!!! Not to everyone's liking but I sure like these type images !!!

I prefer this to balancing the light at a two and two thirds over !! Just a different look. btw as you loose light digital capture reacts differently than film requiring less light !!! Like it a lot Harold ... don't you dare throw that away !!! :)

Hi Mr H - I am going to go against the grain on this one - Sorry :( only personal taste - dont like the over flashed type feel to this one - in particular the bodyy shadow along the wing.
Ohhh to have the opportunites you Florida dudes have .... going to have to come over one day when the Ozzie dollar recovers .... LOL ... Guess I might be waiting a while.

    Hi Harold:

    Like the overall theme.

What is the light background edge along the near wing? Did you darken the BG?
