Must have been difficult to frame correctly, but you did a great job here! Wonderfully lit and great flight action, don't know if one with the wings pointed downwards would have been better. Did I mention that the BG is great? All together this makes for an excellent shot, well done

Fascinating bird and a lovely pose you captured. The green bg works to your advantage too. If anything I'd like to see a bit more detail on the dark body and left wing ...

Fascinating bird and a great photograph.

Sorry but my inexperience does not allow me to give constructive criticism but I think it is a great capture.

Wow what a nice image. The background is handled well and great detail in the feathers. I have never heard of this bird before. Without the long tail it looks like a Red-winged Blackbird.

While I love the first one, this one is better. I love the curves and the lines. The biggest difference between the two aside from the BKGR is that the face is much better seen in this one.

What an awesome species. And a great capture. I wonder if a bit of the S-H tool could bring back some detail in the blacks?

Albert, you are killing me! I wouldn't have thought it possible, but this image surpasses the first one you posted. The stretched wings and great head position, along with the flowing tail make this pose spectacular. The bg is beautiful. I am pea green with envy!
