    Default Killdeer

I don't see many folks photographing these, but I find them to be very pretty birds. This was captured this evening while out looking for new spots near my home. Came upon this large puddle in the middle of nowhere that will probably be gone in a week or two. Had a couple Greater Yellowlegs, and a bunch of Killdeer. I actually captured this with full reflection, but chose not to include it when I looked at it in PP.

Canon 1DsMII, 600mm f/4L, f/4, 1/4000, ISO 200, 0 EV (validated by histogram). Off BLUBB out window of my FJ Cruiser. Late evening light.

Very nice Image, beautiful light and nice comp. My only suggestion would be to tone down the two bright spot in the BG the one behind the head and the one a little higher over the tail.
