From the land of the Spoonies, on my second trip on Capt. James' Hooptie.
The morning was nice and pleasant, and the afternoon had promises of storms. We left most of the gear in land, in case things got a bit complicated with the weather. It was thundering heavily in the distance, but the storm never caught with us, except for providing us with this rainbow as background.
I will note that although the bird is looking out of the frame, it does not bother me in the least, he is the pink escaping from the rainbow, leaving the other colors to fend for themselves.
It is a full frame and I didn't know I had it until I got to the hotel that night.
Still one of my favorites of all times.

It has been my pleasure to make it to my first milestone of 1K posts :)
