Swainsons with Meal

I took this photo on recent trip out west, this hawk had just picked up a garter snake off the road,by the time I pulled over snake was still living but when camera was out head was gone. I finally managed to catch a garter snake this fall took photos of it trying to get the right angle (then released)...pasted the snake's head into photo using CS4. Hopefully I am posting in right place.
