    Spent the afternoon along the seashore photographing Purple Sandpipers and Turnstones when this beauty dropped in. 1d2n sigma 500 iso400 f7.1 1/2500

    Very good wave action going on here! You could crop above a tiny bit to rid the thin blue band at top and you could tone down the brighter specular highlights. Looks like it needs CW rotation. I love the tiny bit of vegetation on its leg, as well as the water dripping off :-)

    Yep, agree with Daniel and Tony. The leg coming out of the water shows great movement. Well captured.
