    Very nice, Bill. I like the black BG with this - it really sets off the greens and blues. Nice composition and good detail throughout.

    Bill,
    Very nicely composed. I'm not a big fan of black backgrounds, but it works well here; as Jules said, it really makes the colors stand out.

    But how did u get the black BKGR. Did you shoot in a studio ?

    Nagesh...it was shot outside in place with black cloth providing the black BG.

    Hey Bill, very well composed image. I don't mind the black BG. Like the sharp details and lighting has a nice feel.

    Beautifully presented Bill, great detail, love the purple against the black BG and excellent composition.

    If I was going to be critical I would suggest a little reflected light on the stems just to bring them out a touch.

    Overall a splendid image!
