Greetings from California Gary! And happy Thanksgiving too! I like the pose but would like to see a bit more eye contact. I'd also boost the saturation a bit and sharpen the head a tad more.
great pose and composition Gary. I would suggest a lower ISO as it seems like you had some good light, you have some BG noise. Also you could stop down to f8 which would allow for the whole body to be sharper.
