    European Nuthatch in my backyard....

    Mark III Canon 500mm + Extesnion tube
    f 6.3 / 1/400 sec / ISO 1250

    I wonder if the colour temperature is too warm?

    Very pretty Rosl, you could try lowering the temp and see how it looks. It looks as if he just got a bath :)

    Hey Rosl, I can´t help with the color temperature (it looks fine to me but my monitor is uncalibrated). The perch and Bg are really nice and I like the water traces on the feathers (that tells a lot about the bird´s behavior and I like that kind of details). The head turn is not the best but I would love to have this one on my files. What do you think about toning down a little bit the BG?

    Love the perch and damp feathers. Juan's darker BG makes the bird standout a better. Agree that a better head posture would improve things but very nice as is.
