Sure miss Bosque and wish I was there right now !!! Image form a couple of years ago.

Wind was off for birds landing on the corn fields so I set up for a good bg and waited for birds to drop. Very little window and far away. Used a 600 with 2X for the image

    Comments welcome and much appreciated

Great image Alfred, love the sweet light and clean background. The placement of the wings is so symetical with the head and feet. Great capture Alfred!

Cool pose, details and BG. It could go a bit brighter for my taste and it looks relatively noisy on my monitor.

Great light, very sharp, and interesting peek-a-boo pose, Alfred. I like the exposure as presented, but I agree with Axel about the noise. Well done.

Well done! That effective 1560mm makes it tough to keep the lens on the bird, you've got steady hands for sure.

This image to me Al is absolutely, positively, and awesomely magical, but agree with Axel on the noise, love it though as shown.

Terrific pose Alfred. Love the head and eye contact located between both wings and the hanging feet. I agree about the noise issue in the BG but you know how easy is to fix that. If this image would mine I would try to go for a landscape croping instead of the square format. I think that some more room at the left would enhace the result.
