Rick- I like the three birds together, but it appears that you have blown out the whites and have little detail in the whites of their backs and bodies. It could be my monitor, but it usually isn't that far off.

I have to agree with Mac. They also look too tight in the frame.

HI Rick can add for multiple birds separation is needed I now its difficult and you did come up with a pleasing formation here but merges detract !!!

Not sure why there is no white detail since you had a good comp? Not sure about given exposure For full sun at ISO 200 that is one strange reading? Worked back from sunny 16 and see what I mean.
