    This perch was originally meant for jays, but the sparrows use it much more often. So for now I have a bunch of sparrow images on a too big perch :o

    I probably should have sharpened this more...

    Very nicely don Aidan soft light and with great detail. I have a slight greenish cast on my monitor on this image and i think it could have a little more punch
    only my opinion sir, but very nice overall.

    A nice pose, good sharpness, an interesting perch, and a smooth background, Aidan. There seems to be an overall greenish cast to the image - other than that, I like it.

    Hello,

    Love the pose but this image is screaming for some fill flash as it looks rather dull. You should try that for the next time!

    Hi Aidan Great suggestions particularly the flash !!! Some fill would have made a difference

    Would like to see a more room around the bird and can do some magic in PS !! That bird could pop If you want a full repost post a copy at Eager to Learn The gang will give it a good workout and will be fun !!!

    That perch is fascinating and I like the pose. The colour cast is very dominant though. Here is a quick neutralised version that has been lightened with a simple lift of the curve and some selective eye work. I would take Al up on his offer to get a more thorough job.
