Glad you got the hawk Bill !!!

Would tighten the crop more for a better view of bird/behavior I like the overall soft bg colors !!! Excellent !!!

Nice capture. Crop wise, I think taking some off the right of image making it a portrait crop rather than square strengthens the image imo. As Al mentioned colors and softness of image look good.

Bill, good catch, he seems to like those for breakfast :)

Agree on a tighter crop, especially if you can get the branch from popping out of the corner. The soft blue sky with a hint of pink clouds works well as BG.

Good catch, Bill. I agree with the suggestions about a tighter crop. You could possibly open up a bit more detail around the eye.

Great capture of this behavior and another vote for a tighter crop and lightening of the eye since there is no catchlight. Maybe a bit more saturation and/or contrast.

This is my croping suggestion Bill, I also darkened the sky, sharpened the bird a little and applied some noiuse reduction too, hope you don't mind. But whatever Post process you make, I love the shot, the natural moment captured and the fabulous perch! Congratulaitons!
