    Default Blue Wren- male

Male Superb Fairy Wren in breeding plumage.
    Wattamolla beach- Royal NP, Sydney.
This little guy was hard to nail, darting about all morning catching insects to bring back to their nest.

    D300 200-400VR f/4 1/320s ISO 200@400mm.

    Cheers

I like the details, soft light and raised tail. The catch adds to it. I might give it a tad more room at the right.

Very nice catch, love that raised tail. Wish the greens were not as bright and agree on more space to the right.

Well done to get the food in the bill. Agree on reducing the greens a little. Lovely and sharp and typical pose. I don't mind the tightness on the right and would crop a little from the left to reduce the perch and probably darken the perch a little. Having the bird angled a little toward you would be nice.
