Stunning bird. Yellows work well with the blues. Amazing red eye. Shadows on the bill and casque are a little distracting. Would prefer a little more detail in the blacks(?fill flash with Better Beamer an option). Image looks a little oversharpened with prominent halos. Posting at 800 or 1024px would show your photo to better effect. Look forward to more of these exotic birds.

Great find, details and eye contact. It would be easier to comment if the image were a bit larger.

    Tang,
I agree with the previous comments. I have to seriously strain my eyes. A larger sized image would have been easier. The shadow on the head takes away much of impact of the vibrant yellow. Look forward to more postings.

This image looks great to me. The shadows are subtle at most and you kept some detail in the darks without blowing out the yellows and whites. Beauty.

I like this image a lot. The pose of the bird is really good and this one is one of my favourite hornbill species. The size of the image does not made justice to what looks a very good image. I would love to see this one at a better size. I suggest to rework the sky to tone down it a bit in order to made the bird more prominet. Keep them coming
