I'm Falling...

I saw this leaf stuck in the bark of a tree so I took a photo of it. I put it into liquify and swirled the bark all around the leaf and also pulled on the individual points of the leaf for a little added emphasis.

Next, I increased the saturation and the vibrance and let's see...what else? (I really should start writing this down!)

Oh yeah! I ran the illustrated action and then sharpened it up a bit.

It reminds me of a leaf swirling down the street on its way into the storm drain...
