    Another image from my recent trip to the Okavango Delta. Sadly these birds do not breed in South Africa anymore, fortunately they are still fairly common in the waterways of the Delta.

    Pretty neat to see one with water reflecting green :-) Nice low angle.

    Lovely job as usual, Chris. Light, BG , flight angle and light angle. I especially like the low shooting angle.

    This works well for all the reasons mentioned - light, lower wing detail, FG and BG colors, low angle, angle to camera.

    Great pose, details and colors. The water looks a bit noisy on my monitor.
