Created during Artie's Bosque IPT while co-leading this year. I was inspired by a composite image Robert O'Toole created last year of a Sandhill Crane landing. When reviewing the images of this take-off, I decide to try producing this pano.
The image as shown works out to 17" x 36". When the whole sequence is placed end to end, 72" long. Long for a pano, but fun to create using PSCS3 Photomerge in the Interactive mode w/o blending. I then placed the images in the locations I wished them to be in, saved the composition and opened the layered file in Photoshop. That saved me the time of creating canvas, opening each image, copy and pasting and creating the layered pano file from scratch. A real time saver.
The image as shown will be on display at the Orlando Museum of Art's 1st Thursday Event, this coming Thursday, January 3, 2008, 6 to 9 pm.

This one is really fun! The first "row" of the pano could be its own image, in addition to working as part of a whole--I might even like it better than as a continuous strip.
