    Hi Guys,

    Shot this little fellow last week during a garden-bird workshop i hosted. We had some great sunlight and the birds where very cooperative.

    Lovely perch, BG and pose, Jeroen. Could maybe use a touch more sharpening on the bird. Interested to know why -1 exposure comp as image looks fairly midtone apart from perch - how close to the right was the histogram on the original capture?

    Neat shot. Love the pose, the perch, and the background. Maybe a tad more sharpening on the bird?

    A bit more sharpening for web presentation...but that's it. Great perch, pose, BG, and composition. I'm also interested in the -1 EC...I suspect the perch and yellows in the BG were brighter than appear - but the subject would have been rendered quite dark? Wahtever it was, it worked!

    Very attractive image with the Wren in a 'classic' pose for this species. You were certainly lucky to get their co-operation when you were hosting a workshop!
