    Default Flamingo portrait

    I shot this last weekend at the wetlands. I am getting closer to this bird but still needed a TC-20E on my 600.
    D2h w 600/4, f8@1/400sec, iso 500 exposure comp -1/3

    Lucky you, I would love to see this species in the wild. I like the portrait and BG. The image could go a bit brighter for my taste. Is this non-breeding plumage?

    Very nice portrait Rick. Perfect head angle, good exposure, and the dark water bg is lovely. I would prefer a little more room in front of the bird on the right.

    I love this composition and pose. That S curve of the neck works fine with this crop for me. I am seeing a green colour cast. How does this version look to you?
