Early morning light on the water. C&C encouraged and always appreciated.

Looking good Katie I like the pose and soft light Need to leave more room at bottom for virtual legs, tight as presented.

Would also work on the water to increase density Will get a better feel. While making the image remember to move around since slightly different angles will vary the water appearance then you can pick when you get home. btw in these situations is a temptation to use fill flash but if used must be very slight to preserve the warm light !!!

Good catch Katie. Nice pose on the bird. Agree with Albert. I get the feeling the bird's legs are cut off. Good light.

Is this better? added a little canvas, other pp adjustments...too much saturation? Thanks, Alfred, for your help! I'm thinking I should let this one go and move on to something with more promise?

I like the first one Katie. Loads of detail in the duck and agree about the feet

Another vote for the first one Katie, beautiful iridescent colours in the head.

I like the first one Katie...I would suggest in toning down the whites just a tad...

Katie I also like the first but still needs room for the legs !!! Framing wise you need more room on the left side for proportion !!!

I love this image, so much detail in the feathers and the colors just pop off the print.
