Right now, Yahoo! is the only known "major" provider that is blocking our mail server. We have a request into their postmaster for removal from any blacklists.
Other domains, such as Rogers.com, which are hosted with Yahoo! are consequently blocking our mail server. Once our problem with Yahoo! is solved, all related domain problems will be solved.
Some of the the things that count against you when it comes to hosting your own mail server are as follows:
Being considered an "open relay"
Not having an SPF DNS record ;) (sorry for the geek speak)
Not having Reverse DNS that connect your mail server IP with your domain
Below is a diagnostics test that I ran this morning.
