    Hello

Gus & I took my sister from England to Reid Park Zoo today which we all enjoyed. Gus, a wee bit weary, however, us kids in our 70's had a great time still rooting around after he found a good bench.

We decided on beauty and the beast ~ so he chose the Peacock, and I the lovely Tortoise.

    CC's always welcome.

Great title and very appropriate, Gina. I like the tight composition.

HI Gina Glad you guys had a good day at the zoo !!! One the best places to go !!

You are right about the tortoise not being pulchritudinous :) As presented would crop above the eye to get a better look at that face and move the eye from the center of image. For these ground hugging critters is best to photograph form ground level but that is another story :)

Like the framing, he looks a little mad, don't know if it would have been safe to get down any lower:)

    Hi Al:

I like the tighter crop off the top.

    Thanks

    Gina

BTW: Please excuse my ignorance, I changed original first . . . sorry about that.
