I like the framing Jackie !!! You captured the feel !! Only seen one in Alaska but they are an impressive sight !!! Remember they were blue but don't recall being that strong? For Ice I find the hardest to reproduce is the surface texture !!!
Jackie, Really nice! There is so much color and interest in this photo-good eye on capturing the right section to photograph! I was at Banff this summer and walked out onto a glacier-it was incredible, I didn't find a good shot -rather I didn't capture a good shot I'm sure there were plenty for the more experienced!
i like the second one, jackie. there seems to be more texture in it than the first for me........or maybe the second one looks more contrasty. either way that's the one i like!! cool capture. may need just a hair of CCW rotation.
The second repost with the correct color on the ice is dead on. very well composed...the details are great...good show Lady Jackie...I like it very much...:cool:
