    Very cute, Tom. Lovely sharpness and the singing pose with visible tongue is fantastic. Maybe a small crop form the top and left to move the bird a little left in the frame.

    That tongue and open beak are great, and it's a nice little setting. I agree with the cropping suggestion.

    Great light, details, BG and the open beak adds to it. As for the composition, I like Tony's repost best.

    Fill-flash would have been great here...the chest/belly would be better lit and so would the inside of the bill. I still like it alot - the open bill and tongue sticking out are excellent, and Tony's comp tweak is just right.

    Very nice. I like Tony's repost as it has more space at the left. Tongue makes it over the top. Lovely.
