    Almost everything looks good here. I do have two minor suggestions though, first the shoulder patch looks a bit hot and the eye is way too saturated, I have seen many of these beauties and as far as I can tell these birds have brown/redish eyes, not bright red, that almost never show their true colors. The rest looks excellent, good composition, nice low angle and good headturn. In any case great job!

    Nicely captured. I like the pose. The whites have some hot spots that could be cleaned up a bit in PS. Just clone some of the non-clipped whites over the burned out area. I would also brighter up the BG water a touch.
