    Taken at the Loxahatchee Refuge with a Canon-MK-3 at ISO=800 at f/8-500th of a sec.
    and a + 2.3 exp.comp.and 500-MM-L lens.

    Lovely image Bill. The pose is great.....such a nice view of that wonderful bill. The fruits on the tree add a lot of interest. You might consider lightening the eye area just a bit and sharpening the eye. Well done!

    Great find and perch. I agree that it looks a bit soft and there is some noise, maybe due to a relatively heavy crop?

    Good job, Bill. Agree with above comments. I'm not familiar with this bird but wonder if the saturation could be backed off a little.

    Lovely composition Bill and I love the ruffled feathers and the excellent detail as well as the good exposure as they birds are a real challenge to get good detail. Congratulations on a fine capture !!!
