Found this by the boardwalk at the Lettuce Lake park along the Hillsborough River a while back. Possibly Common Pipewort. Some additional info about the size of the plant/flower heads would help with the ID.
Button Bush.
Button bush sounds right. I took some photos this summer and butterflies were all over them.

Can't help with the ID - but its surely a beautiful flower. Amy, composition wise I might wish for a slightly different angle/perspective (perhaps from a lower level) to avoid the merging of the flower from the BG bud below. Just my thoughts :)
