    i like it! a little USM may help pop it a bit more, but other than that it looks great!!

    Thank you Harold. I applied quite a bit before posting but the image seems to lose sharpness when I save for the web. Suggestions? And thank you Denise for the kind words.

    yep!! i always add a slight sharpening to the jpeg before i post it. you definitely lose some sharpness in the conversion.

    This looks like one beautiful place Bill, maybe a little sharpening would help bring the textures out more.

    Bill a couple of things you could do When downsizing the image make sure you sue bicubic sharper (not smoother) Make sure to sharpen at the posted size and take it to 100% You should not be loosing much at all !! Magical place !!!

    love the texture in the center of the image. might consider cropping off the very bright top and some of the very dark bottom to emphasize the texture and sweeping lines in the center. wonderful place to visit and photograph,.
