I did a lot of work on this one, got carried away :)
Levels, Nik Color Effex Pastels, Midnight, Classical soft focus and in PS Omni light effects and Lens flare, Mystical lighting Wispy Mist and Flaming Pear's Glitterato. Phewwwwww!

Wow!! you did do alot and it shows! great effects and put together very nicely. I have been working on something similar(not w/ a bird) just w/ the stars and asst. shades of white-I think I'll scrap in now!
