    Windy !

    Hi to all :)

Here's a common bird while I was waiting the leucistic black-capped chickadee.

It was windy and I like the way his hair turned ;)

Lovely pose, and well exposed cosidering your slow ss. The sharpness in this shows up the feather detail nicely. Well captured Dominic.

Very nice habitat included and lovely BG. Great feather detail too. we need a bit of a head turn towards you and Id clone out the un-connected branch on bottom left.

    Dominic,
This is a lovely environmental portrait.
I would crop a little bit from the bottom to remove the branch to the left.
    Cheers,

This is a lovely capture Dominic and the ruffled feathers and the incredible BG really makes this. I agree with Fab on the cloning of the small branch in the botton left. Congratulations on a stunning image.

Love the colours and the contrast in texture between the dried leaves and the soft plumage

Lovely plum background color, and the dried leaves of the perch add interest. Amazing sharpness for the windy conditions at 1/160th. Cute pose and hairdo!

I like the soft light, details, open beak and BG. I would either give it more room or clone out the leaf in the lower left.

Love the wing blown feathers and the killer smooth BKGR. Fabs has noted the head turn issue.
