    Lance ..... you should be receiving at least twenty lashes here :) what are you doing with a D3 and 200 ISO when you need speed? I don't even think I use noise reduction till it get past 1600 !!!! Do check it out !!!

    Also for this image is light so there will be little noise and bg you can take separate !!! Beautiful bird and pose !!! Big Congrats !!!
